It started with a judgmental coffee maker. Then the squirrel showed up. Things got worse from there.
When a woman begins receiving suspicious beeps from her appliances, seeing messages where no messages should exist, and losing staring contests with a squirrel that is absolutely not behaving like a normal squirrel, she has one reasonable conclusion:
She may be going crazy.
Unfortunately, her neighbor Kevin thinks she is awakening to the simulation.
That is not helpful.
As talking appliances, strange frequencies, family secrets, an abandoned hospital, and increasingly impossible events pull her deeper into the mystery, she must decide whether she is losing her mind—or noticing something everyone else has learned to ignore.
Wildly funny, unexpectedly heartfelt, and proudly strange, I’m Going Crazy, Would You Like to Join Me? is a comic fantasy about loneliness, imagination, the pressure to appear normal, and the possibility that sometimes the people called crazy are simply listening on a different frequency.
Also, the squirrel knows something.
Obviously.
